(2) As to paragraph 2 the present practice la contrary to

Colonial Regulation 175 as interpreted by the Revision

Committee, apparently.

(See Mr.Green's minute on 2429/09) but of course

it is open to the Governor to say that Government House

is the recognised office of record" for the Secretary of

State's despatches.

I don't think we can interfere in ao local a

matter further, unless it is decided to take 'general'

action
